For those who missed it, the ceremony started with an anxious Jimmy trying to get to the show on time via O.J. Simpson"s iconic white bronco. We couldn"t think of a better skit to start with!
From there, the funny guy hitched rides with the cast of Modern Family, Veep, and …. Jeb Bush! Let"s just say Jeb"s monologue was surprisingly hysterical — we especially loved the shade towards Donald Trump!
Once Mr. Kimmel FINALLY made it to the show, he skewered the famous audience with a ton of funny one-liners.
One in particularly comical moment, the host asked Sarah Paulson"s red carpet date and former O.J. prosecutor Marcia Clark:
"So, are you rooting for O.J. to win this time?"
Ha!
As for Mark Burnett (the guy who produced Celebrity Apprentice and brought Drumpf inside American homes), Jimmy quipped:
"Thanks to Mark Burnett, we don"t have to watch reality shows anymore. We"re living in one."
… well, we can"t argue with that one! Thanks, Mark!
